Method
- Over medium heat brown ground beef and drain the grease.
- Add in ginger, onion powder, and garlic powder.
- Mix soy sauce into 2 cups of beef broth. Pour into skillet.
- Mix the gravy packet with the remaining 2 cups of beef broth. Whisk until smooth. Pour that into the skillet. Stir and bring to a boil.
- Add rice. Reduce heat to low. Stir and cover until liquid is absorbed. Between 20 - 30 mins.
- Remove lid and stir. Serve and enjoy!
