Peanut Butter Cup Milkshake

This recipe is inspired by Hungry Girl. She has some great recipes in her cookbooks. I don’t do soy milk or sweetener packets. So, I’ve changed that in the recipe.

Ingredients
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 sugar-free pudding cup (Individual pudding cups. I bought a 4 pack.)
3 teaspoons Stevia
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 cup small ice cubes or crushed ice
2 tablespoons sugar free cool whip

Directions
Pour all ingredients into blender cup.
Blend everything until smooth.
Pour into glass and top with cool whip.

Healthier version of Banana Pudding Shake

Ingredients

1 frozen banana
1/4 cup of small ice cubes or crushed ice
1 1/2 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
5 – 8 Nilla Wafers


Directions


Blend everything except Nilla Wafers until smooth. Add in Nilla Wafers. If you want it to have chunks of Nilla Wafers blend for 10 – 15 seconds. If you want it to be smooth blend until smooth. My Ninja Blender took about 30 seconds for it to be smooth. Pour in a glass and enjoy with your human friends. It is definitely drool-worthy.
