Low Calorie Strawberry Shake

This is a Hungry Girl inspired recipe. I changed it a little but I got the idea from her.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons sugar-free French vanilla coffee creamer
3 tablespoons water
2/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2/3 cup frozen strawberries
2 teaspoons Stevia
1/2 cup ice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Sugar-free Cool whip
Sugar free Strawberry syrup

Directions

Mix coffee creamer and water together. Mix until creamer dissolves.
Mix all ingredients except cool whip and syrup in blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into glass and top with cool whip.
Drizzle with your favorite sugar-free syrup.

Healthier version of Banana Pudding Shake

Ingredients

1 frozen banana
1/4 cup of small ice cubes or crushed ice
1 1/2 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
5 – 8 Nilla Wafers


Directions


Blend everything except Nilla Wafers until smooth. Add in Nilla Wafers. If you want it to have chunks of Nilla Wafers blend for 10 – 15 seconds. If you want it to be smooth blend until smooth. My Ninja Blender took about 30 seconds for it to be smooth. Pour in a glass and enjoy with your human friends. It is definitely drool-worthy.
